We had a great time this weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our large group. Everyone in our group was really impressed by how nice and clean the villas were. They were as good, if not better, than advertised on your website. We appreciate the hospitality. When we make it back to Capitol Hill, we would love to stay at the villas again.

Our group of 12 stayed 3 nights on May 1st, 2nd and 3rd 2008. The units were were clean and well decorated. These are excellent for a buddy golf trip. The porch on unit 388 is awesome (we spent each evening sipping a drink and talking about our golf escapades)and the night playing cards. The service was great and the price is right. We are returning in 2009. Watch out for the horse!

Our group of 6 golfers stayed in 388 for 4 nights Oct 27-30 and couldn't have been more comfortable. The house was clean, spacious, and came equipped for every need we had or could want. We especially enjoyed the large deck overlooking the river, the big screen satellite TV, the pool table, and the abundance of furniture. We played all three courses at Capitol Hill, all 27 holes at Cambrian Ridge, and all 36 at Grand National in 4 days, and each venue was no more than an hour from the house. There are plenty of good resturants in Prattville as well. Staying in 388 as a group was far more fun, relaxing, and affordable than staying in a hotel; its location can't be beat, its ammenities are perfect for a group of golfers, and of course the golf courses are fantastic. Hurry down to the RTJ Trail and Alabama River Golf Villas!

Christi, Our group has been visiting the Robert Trent Jones Trail for eleven years. This was the first year we've stayed at your cottages on the river. They were great! Very comfortable, roomy and well appointed. And the views of the Alabama river are great. We will stay at your cottages every year in the future. Thanks for being so easy to work with. We just spent five nights at Villa #388 and had a great time. The accommendations were wonderful and we spent every evening enjoying the deck over the river, grilling out and playing cards after a long day at the trail. The location was great and we all had fun enjoying the Robert Trent Jones trail. I would also like to comment that three of our golfers drove balls accross the river and two made it with the 80's powerbilt driver that has seen its better days. Thanks again, and we'll be back.

We brought 8 golfers from April 7-11 and had an absolutely fabulous time. Great accomodations--very clean, included all the necessary odds and ends we did not think of. Of our 4 nights, we grilled 2 and had pizza a third, and had a far better time than if we had gone out. Next time we come to Capitol Hill to golf, we will be staying here.

March 2007 will be our 3rd year back - we cannot beat the accomodation standards and it is value for the money! This also keeps all members of our group connected in the evening rather than breaking into 2's for hotel stays. Combine that with a very short drive to the golf course, the grocery stores, BBQing option in the evening, and the flexibility to eat in or out at the nearby restaurants and you've got it made. Also the technical challenges of the golf courses BLOW Myrtle, and Florida away!

Excellent in everyway. We had four golfers in 428 with room to spare (sleeps six comfortably.) The upscale accomodations could have been dropped into Jackson Hole for fly fishing, or Aspen for skiing without missing a beat.... or in this case RTJ at Capital Hill. Friendly hosts, wonderful accomodations, comfortable beds, airy rooms and clean bathrooms. It won us over.

What a great place to stay. Perfect central location for all of the Trail. Owners of the house were fantastic people who took care of a couple small problems immediately. The photos on the website do not do the house justice. The views are unreal and inside the house is perfect for a bunch of golfers just looking to relax after a round. Without question we will be back for years to come.

I just returned from our 5 night stay at 428 and 388. It was great. It was like being home but on a great vacation. Everything we needed was there and a couple of little problem were solved before we finished a round of golf. The houses are great and the location perfect. If we ever head that way again for another golf outing, we will stay in one of these. Thanks for making our trip perfect. If you ever need references about these houses, feel free to use my name. What a trip! My group of 12 really enjoyed the "homey" feel of your villas. Just minutes from the golf courses with anything you need on the short drive back made this the best trip ever. We'll see you next year!

Fantastic accommodation with everything you have at home, and I mean everything. From a wine opener to laundry soap it was there. We will definitely be back at will definitely be staying in the villa's again.

What else can I say other than your villas were great! Our group has taking an annual golf trip for several years and your accommodations were by far the best. We reserved two villas (385, 428) and they provided more space than we needed. We also made use of the large deck and gas grill. Coupled with the fantastic golf of the RTJ Trail, we couldn't have asked for a better trip. Thanks!

Our group of 12 golfers stayed in two villas and we had a great time. The facilities were great. Watching the sunrise over the Alabama River each morning and stargazing from the decks at night really made this trip a special spring golf experience. We will definitely be back.
